🍩Always up for trying new things, she and her family have been enthusiastically incorporating cider in new ways (see Rootwood Report No. 2). This time around she used Harvest 104 cider in a donut recipe. The final result didn't last long as they were quickly devoured. Kiersten originally hails from Snohomish and has lived in Manson intermittently since 2018. She’s been a lover of hard cider since she sipped it straight from the barrel at a cidery in Somerset, England. Stay tuned for her future reports!
