Tasting room associate (Orchard Location - Manson)

Join our team and share the fun of serving hard cider in the beautiful Lake Chelan Valley!

Our team is growing and looking for more help. Upbeat and positive atmosphere is perfect for employees with excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude. Winery or cider experience not required, but helpful.

Job Description
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Enthusiastically greet our guests and create a warm and welcoming environment
- Be prepared to passionately talk about our cider and our story.
- Take orders, pour and serve cider and food
- Follow all cleaning and safety guidelines
- Clean tables, do dishes and complete other tasks during non busy times.
- Promote advantages of cider clubs – be able to describe and answer questions.
- Ensure sure top-quality service and attention to our guests throughout their entire visit
- Provide and maintain exceptional customer service
- Use POS system accurately
- Assist with on and offsite events
- Stock cider, merchandise, light cleaning, and keep the tasting room clean and organized
- Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner with all guests and fellow coworkers

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a busy (yet fun!) environment
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and willing to jump in and help
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to complete duties and assigned tasks in a timely and detailed manner
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Engaging and outgoing
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (8 hours)
- Able to work weekends, special events and holidays as needed
- Chelan County Food Handler's Certificate required within 30 days of employment
- Washington State MAST permit within 30 days of employment
