Rootwood Report No. 1 - Backyard chores & Bin Series Cider… taming weeds is never fun but it’s always nice to step back and recognize progress! In addition to these plants, we have added a small raised bed made from scrap wood. Looking forward to summer harvests of tomatoes and other fresh veggies for happy hour appetizers! -Emily

Introducing “Rootwood Reports!” Since we aren’t able to serve you in the taproom with the same face-to-face interactions, we’ve come up with a new way to feature cider-centric experiences, pairing suggestions, tasting notes, and recipes from our staff, family, and friends.

Our first Rootwood Report is coming in from Emily. As the oldest of the three Koenig daughters, she’s been instrumental in helping with Rootwood’s vision and promotion over the past several years. Additionally, she’s a big help with our special events and always up for sharing a glass of cider!
